    Proof before promise

    We do not make a claim we cannot demonstrate in a field. Where we do not yet have the data, we say so.

    The grower's margin is the score

    We measure ourselves on what the farmer earns, not on what we ship. A season that raised yield and lost money was not a good season.

    One standard, every market

    The same formulation, the same quality, the same conduct — whether the field is in Serbia or six thousand kilometres away.

    Technology that removes work

    We build tools that save a farmer time, cost and physical risk. Anything that only adds a screen is not progress.

    We make the technical understandable without making it childish, in the language of the person we are speaking to.

    Prices, payments and delivery dates are kept as agreed. Our word carries across borders or it is worth nothing.

The same in every market, whether we sell through our own company or a distributor.

  • Registered before sold

    Every product is registered with the competent authority of the market it is sold in, and supplied only in that market's approved pack, label and language.

  • Truth in the drum

    The declared active and its concentration are what is inside. Every batch is traceable from formulation to dealer.

  • Stewardship, not just supply

    Dealers and applicators are trained before they sell. Rates, re-entry intervals and pre-harvest intervals are published with the product, not buried in it.

  • Audited sourcing

    Manufacturing partners are assessed on quality systems and standards before a single kilo carries the Fertivero name.

  • One price policy per tier

    Documented terms with every dealer and distributor. No side agreements, in any market.

  • The farmer owns the field data

    Data from a farmer's soil, field and season belongs to that farmer. We use it to advise them. We do not trade against them with it, and we never sell it.

  • Appointed on merit

    Hiring and promotion on capability, across every market we serve.
