Founded in 2024, Fertivero is headquartered in Copenhagen, Denmark, with group registration in Čačak, Serbia. Fertivero Pakistan launched in 2026.

Hamza Yasin
Chief Executive Officer, Fertivero Pakistan · Co-founder and Global Chief Executive Officer
Hamza has spent more than fifteen years working in agriculture alongside his father, across trade, branding and operations. He leads Fertivero Pakistan's strategy, marketing, imports and franchise development, and manages investor relations.
Nikolai Scharf
Managing Director, Fertivero Pakistan · Chief Operating Officer and Co-owner, Fertivero
Nikolai moved into agricultural technology from a background in literature. As Managing Director, he leads Fertivero Pakistan's day-to-day operations.
Muhammad Yasin
Head of the Board of Directors, Fertivero Pakistan · Managing Director, Fertivero Global
Muhammad brings twenty-nine years of experience in Pakistan's agricultural distribution sector. He chairs Fertivero Pakistan's Board of Directors.
Petar Panić
Internal Consultant and Co-owner, Fertivero Pakistan · Co-founder and Chief Financial Officer, Fertivero
Petar trained as a civil engineer before moving into agricultural trade and finance. He advises Fertivero Pakistan as an Internal Consultant and Co-owner and holds no operational role in the Pakistan business.
